Data Deletion Instructions
SignGuy AI OS provides users and business tenants with a way to request deletion of account data and third-party integration data, including Facebook/Meta integration data.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion, email:
support@signguy-ai.comPlease include:
- Your name
- Business name
- Login email used for SignGuy AI OS
- Connected Facebook Page name, if applicable
- The type of data you want deleted
- Any additional details needed to identify your account
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will verify account ownership when needed, disconnect related third-party integrations, delete stored integration tokens, and delete or anonymize stored integration data where legally and technically permitted.
Self-Service Disconnect
Users may also disconnect integrations from: Settings > Integrations
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, completed transactions, or audit logs.
